Sacred Heart Primary School participates in the MS Readathon because our students love to read and our motto is "Happy Reading" children borrow every day if they wish and we have lots of children that do this. This year the children are raising funds by having a stall in front of the library selling cakes, pizzas, ice cream etc. This has been going since 1st June. Hallett Cove participates in the MS Readathon because it gives students a focus for their reading and helps improve reading skills as well as raising funds to help people living with MS. Our students benefit from being involved as it builds self esteem and pride and a sense of achievement. It encourages students to read more books and enjoy reading more. Upcoming challenges are:
