What is MS Readathon?
Read and improve your literacy while raising funds for people living with MS
The MS Readathon is an iconic reading-based fundraiser that found its beginnings in schools across Australia in 1979. It encourages people of all ages to read and improve their literacy whilst at the same time empowering them to make a difference in the lives of people living with MS.
Participants read as much as possible during Term 3 and ask friends and family to sponsor them either online or by giving a donation in cash or by cheque. This money goes towards providing vital support and services for people and their families living with MS. To see how your support helps, see the How My Fundraising Helps page.
All participants receive a certificate of appreciation and the Top 100 fundraisers nationally will receive a tablet.
The highest fundraiser in each state will receive a trophy. Top fundraisers will be announced in November
