I’M READING IN MEMORY OF MY GRANDMA

Hi my name is Charlotte.  I am 9yrs old and I’d love your support.

Throughout August I’ve been taking a Magical Quest filled with adventure, reading as many books as I can for one incredible cause.

I participated in my First MS Readathon in 2021 with my Yr2 Super Readers.  I was very happy to have raised the most amount of donations in my class and I also read the most amount of books, 45 books.  During last year’s 2022 MS Readathon I read 56 books.

A lot has happened since last year’s Readathon, my Primary School has been teaching since 1931 and will be closing at the end of 2023.  I was a student at this Primary School for six years, since I was in Pre-Kindy and although my friends and I have had to go our separate ways, my time there will always have a special place in my heart.

My new Junior School has been very kind to offer me a place this year and I have made some lovely new friends.

Readathon donations raised in WA go towards special MSWA Family Camps and Fun Days for kids who have a parent living with a Neurological Condition.

MSWA is Leading Neuro Research, supporting Researchers Globally, Nationally and here in WA.

MSWA supports West Australians living with Neurological Conditions, like my Grandma who had MND.

Reading is pretty magical, it brings all kinds of worlds to life and takes you on fantastic adventures.

Thank you for your support.
