Our Story

I was diagnosed with MS in August 2020, so this time of year is a special one for our whole family! 

It hit us all like a ton of bricks ? as I lived a perfectly normal life prior to being diagnosed, and now I live a disabled life! 

I thankfully went on a successful drug trail treatment program which has worked out well for me and my family and it has allowed myself to live a medication free life from all the MS medications. 

I now live life to the fullest and take each day as it comes! My two little kids and my hubby are my world ? 

But I’d do anything to not have this awful illness and to go back to living my perfectly normal life again in a heartbeat ?

This August we're embarking on a journey of discovery, filled with imagination and adventure for one incredible cause. We're reading as many books as we can in August to raise funds for families living with MS and neurological conditions.

Money raised from the MS Readathon will help fund vital support and services, which include Help Lines available across Australia, MS Nursing, in-home care, speech therapy and physio, Family Fun Days including resources for kids.
