Our Story

Hi Friends & Family,

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page!

We’re your typical siblings… you know the type: don’t always get along, love competing over everything, and absolutely refuse to share—especially dessert after dinner, or who gets to talk about their day first after school. This usually drives Mum slightly bonkers, but once, we’re pretty sure we saw actual steam come out of her ears! !

One thing we don’t mind sharing (most of the time) is books. We love books! Even more now that we’ve graduated to the big kid ones and don’t have to read the baby books anymore. (Although Mum still refuses to get rid of them. She says she’s saving them for a “special kid” someday… but we all know that “special kid” will end up  being yet  another plastic container full of memories in the garage. 

Books are the BEST. We love how reading makes it feel like there’s a movie playing inside your brain. How cool is that?! Book powers = activated! 

This month, we’re reading as many books as we can to raise money for families living with MS and other neurological conditions. We don’t know heaps about MS, but Mum says it affects a lot of people around the world, and that fundraising helps big-brained doctors and scientists get enough dollar bucks to help people—and hopefully find a cure too.

We think that’s a pretty good reason to stop fighting (well… mostly) and try to be on our best behaviour. Like we are right before Christmas. Or our birthdays. BUT—we’re definitely not stopping the competition. That’s still on. ???
