As a charity we have very limited stock of our free t-shirt rewards. To maximise the number of people who will recieve a t-shirt we do give out t-shirts from previous years to people who are new to the Readathon.

Parents

I registered multiple kids and have received one of my kids welcome packs but not the others. Where are they?

add remove

As a charity MS qualifies for Charity Mail which means we can send out packs at a more cost effective rate. However sending multiple packs together means we do not meet the dimension restrictions to qualify for Charity Mail. Therefore each child's welcome pack will be sent out individually and will begin to be distributed within 4 weeks of you completing registrations, packs can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Packs should arrive within a week of each other, however don't hesitate to contact the team at msreadathon@ms.org.au if you have any questions regarding this. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I personalise my Avatar?

add remove

As you hit fundraising milestones you will be sent an email with a link to update and personalise your Avatar! There are four levels of customisation for your Avatar in total. Make sure you do this with your kids, as they love selecting the different customisations!

The four fundraising milestones to achieve are:

  1. Get your first donation – customise your Avatar head
  2. Raise $60 – customise your Avatar body
  3. Raise $120 – choose an accessory for your Avatar
  4. Raise $180 - Choose some scenery for your Avatar
