HELP US GET MORE KIDS READING
Last year Aussie kids read 198,490 books, this August we want more kids to read more books! Kids can read anything they want including comics, magazines, novels, or read-along audiobooks. It’s a great way to get the most reluctant kids reading.
Kids who are registered can log books through their online dashboard, earn badges, review books, and share their progress with their teacher.
The MS Readathon is an epic adventure that kids will love, and together we can inspire more kids to read.
And as an added bonus, all the books read during The MS Readathon can also be used for the Premiers Reading Challenge.
WHY SHOULD YOU GET INVOLVED?
You know how important reading is for children, it can take them on incredible journeys of discovery, awaken their imagination, and build their confidence.The MS Readathon has been inspiring kids to read more for 47 years and this August it will be more fun than ever before.

Don’t worry, so are we. Personal information is only available when you are logged in to your dashboard, and no one will be granted access to personal details. Parents can create a display name for their child, so their name will not show on their page. We won’t ask children to upload a photo, instead we have created 6 awesome MS Readathon avatars that will take kids on their reading journey. Any third party sites we recommend are monitored to make sure they remain child friendly, however, we can’t be held responsible for changes to content.
