The 4th book in the storyline and what a great twist! This time the killer gets away and it gobsmacked me when Cornwell ended the book that way. The further into the Kay Scarpetta storyline I get the more I start to like Marino also. What a softie she's inkling that he is under all that rudeness and shortness. Wesley has made an awesome character but I wonder if there will be a love triangle before long and I almost feel there's too much time between novels with how quickly Lucy has grown up but I much prefer her now she's an adult.
