Fox Crossing

One for the grown ups.

There’s the luck of their Irish with their shamrock and their leprechauns. In Japan there’s Hajiminekos or Manekinekos which sit outside of shops to draw in customers and are associated with good luck. Fox Crossing in Maine, USA, has The Fox with its distinctive white ear and paw; first discovered in the 1800s and its ongoing sightings 200 years later believed to bring good luck.

If you like reading about foxes, a bubbling romance, family relationships and the Appalachian Trail, this is the book for you. Slightly cliched with the romance but not a bad read overall.
