I just finished reading "Funniest Stories" by Paul Jennings, and it was SO funny! This book is a collection of short stories that all made me laugh a lot. Paul Jennings is really good at writing silly and surprising stories.
Each story is different and has weird things happening, like talking animals, magical objects, and crazy adventures. My favorite story is the one about a boy who finds a pair of magic underpants that make him super strong. It was hilarious! There’s also a story about a kid who can’t stop burping. I couldn’t stop laughing while I was reading it.
The book is really easy to read, and the stories are short, so you can read one or two before bed or whenever you have a little time. I think it’s great for kids my age because the stories are fun and not too long.
