Harry Highpants is about some people who wear their pants high and low. They have this person who is called Roy Bland which doesn't like how people wear their pants. Roy Bland decides to run for president so he can ban people wearing their pants to high or low. Harry makes a speech saying that they can wear their pants high or low and wins.
