Mortal Engines

This is an exceptional read which will keep you reading until the very end.

This book is super gripping first page then I could not stop reading. it had a rich story filed with clever characters good for ages 10 and up !

An adventure packed, page gripping story which is based on a timeline millions of years in the future. A time of technology & war where cities have wheels & travel across the last grass or ice plains. The 3 main characters are engaging as they prepare to search through the past to prepare for thier future! As the end of the world comes near, it is up to the stop it! Who will they meet? Will anyone get in thier way? How will they succeed?
Philip Reeve has an incredible imagination and is a very talented writer. I highly recommend Mortal Engines to people aged 10 plus but it is a hard thing to get your head around so it might be challenging to read if young.
There is now a movie that I want to see since reading the book!
