A most pleasant, wholesome read that gives insight into family life in years gone by with gorgeous detailed illustrations that evoke a warm nostalgic feeling.

This book is special to me because I got this book for my first birthday from Aunty Cathryn, Uncle Woz, Lucy and Angus.
I like the rhyming and all the different things the baby does and all the things he sees. His sisters go fishing because that's really nice and they caught fish in a jar. Show more Show less
