I finally got around to reading this one by Sarina Bowen. I have quite a few of her books to catch up on, but all the ones I have read so far, I have loved. Particularly her hockey books. So I was keen to get a chance to come back to this one.
I've read some of the books further on in this series, so it was nice to read a book that, whilst is actually the first in the series, is still coming back to familiar characters, because all of the secondary characters in this one are characters I know from the other books.
Leo and Georgia were awesome. I did get frustrated at Georgia for not having the best communication with Leo, but these two had a great connection and the chemistry was off the charts. Their past plays such a part in their story, and I think it was really well done with how it was included. I was soooo annoyed with her Dad too, and wanted to know what his deal was. I think where it all came to a head between the three of them was very interesting and well done by Sarina to highlight things the way she did at that particular point of the story.
I really enjoyed this one and I look forward to catching up on more of this series when I get a chance.Show moreShow less
