The 1000 year old boy

The 1000-year-old boy is a really good book about a boy named Alfie who owns a never pearl with means her is immortal. Alfie is supposed to use the never pearl when he is an adult but he makes the biggest mistake of his life. Although he can be killed like a normal human, he can not be killed of old age. As the story goes on, his parents die from fire and he is sick of being so old and young at the same time. He is soon discovered by the police and is forced to go to school. He soon realises that there is one more never pearl in the world. He tries to coolect it so he can be normal again. BUT, little does he realise that there are so many people who are tring to get the never pearl but only he knows where it is. When he gets there, however, there is also someone there. They battle to retrieve the never pearl. Will Alfie be able to get his hands on the never pearl and become normal like every other kid he knows. He must learn to accept and live with the oldest age on earth. Show more Show less
