The Elephant

A little girl called Olive imagines her Dad's sadness as a big grey elephant that follows him around. One day Olive falls out of a tree and makes her Grandad very sad. He then has a tortoise follow him around. Olive makes her Grandad happy at a party and the tortoise leaves so Olive asks Grandad to help her make a plan to get rid of Dad's elephant. This book is emotional, interesting and imaginative. It is about a girl who sees animals around people and tries to chase the animals away from them. I would recommend this book for kids 8+
