I'm not really a fan of Tim Winton's work. I read his 'Minimum of Two' for high school and disliked it, but saw this, read the opening page, and was interested.
All in all, it was an average book. Didn't finish where I expected, and the climax was an odd choice. It was amusing at times, though, with his use of colloquialism and the Australian setting. So, tldr, wouldn't recommend it, but didn't hate it either.Show moreShow less
