The Unintentional Adventures of the Bland Sisters no 1, The Jolly Regina

I enjoyed this book because it was full of adventure, even thought the bland sisters, Kale and Jaundice, do not want it. They like their simple routine of watching grass grow, darning socks, eating cheese sandwiches and oatmeal and most importantly of all, reading Mr Snootes illustrated dictionary for children. That is, until they are kidnapped and thrown into a whirlwind of swordfights and sea chanteys and surviving life on a pirate ship whilst sneakily trying to steer the ship towards their long lost parents.
