The marvels

This is a really intriguing book and the pictures at the start are really interesting and well drawn. The descriptive noun groups are really good and I think Brian Selznick is really good at describing objects, rooms and people. The book is really cool and even though the years that the two parts are set in (the drawn part and the written part) are completely different centuries (1766 and 1990), it will all make sense in the end. When you first see the book it might look like a really big book but it didn't take me very long to read. I would recomend this book to many people from the ages of 10 to 100. Show more Show less
