The questioneers ,Iggy Peck and the mysterious mansion

So mysterious! I like how the book is about a mansion and how they think its haunted. What I don't like is why they said that Aunt Burnice owns the mansion but then Miss Weatherbee comes into the story and said that if Aunt burnice doesn't have enough money to fix up the mansion then she will have to sell it to Miss Weatherbee, although Aunt Bunice already owns the mansion.
