run pip, run

"Run Pip, Run" is an awesome book about a girl named pip who lived with a man named Sully, until he got sick on her tenth birthday. She had to hide from the welfare people and find enough money to survive. She finds herself living on the street with a small dog named Houdini until she finds her new home. It really describes how she feels when she's on the street. My favourite character is Houdini because it's funny how he starts off being an enemy with Bruce/Violet but then they end up being friends.
