Together, We're Inspiring a Love of Reading
As we begin our Readathon, we are inviting our families and community to join us in fostering a love of reading in our children. Every story read, every page turned, and every moment spent exploring books helps build important literacy skills while creating positive reading experiences that can last a lifetime.
Reading together supports children's language development, strengthens their comprehension skills, and encourages creativity and critical thinking. Most importantly, it helps children discover the joy that can be found within the pages of a book. When children see the adults around them valuing and enjoying reading, they are more likely to develop a love of books themselves.
We encourage families to make reading a special part of their daily routine during the Readathon. Whether it is reading together before bed, visiting the library, or simply taking a few moments each day to enjoy a story, every little effort makes a difference.
